Micah Berg
CHAIR
Micah Berg is proud to be the current Board Chair for Davis House Child Advocacy Center. He is the former CEO and Founder of RealJoy Vacations and is a seasoned entrepreneur with a background in financial management, hospitality, and military leadership. After transforming a struggling vacation rental company into an industry leader, he sold his interest in 2021 and relocated to Nashville. Micah began his career as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch, managing over $450 million in client assets, and previously served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps, earning the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal during Operation Iraqi Freedom. An active investor and advisor across multiple industries, he also dedicates his expertise to philanthropic efforts. In his free time, Micah enjoys giving back to the Marine Corps community and embracing a slower pace of life in Tennessee.

Jim Olin
SECRETARY
James S. “Jim” Olin is the Board Secretary for Davis House Child Advocacy Center and the CEO of C2G Advisors LLC, a leading consulting firm in the hospitality, resort real estate, and development industries. With a career spanning decades, he has overseen major mergers, managed multi-billion-dollar vacation rental portfolios, and played a key role in one of the largest class action settlements in U.S. history. Previously, he served as President and CEO of ResortQuest International, leading its growth to 20,000 properties across 52 destinations. A licensed real estate broker in multiple states and a member of prestigious real estate organizations, Jim also contributes his expertise to industry boards and as a frequent speaker. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys spending time with his wife of over 40 years, June, their four children, and eight grandchildren.

Brad Hopkins
Brad Hopkins is an experienced operations and partnerships leader with a strong background in personnel development, business strategy, and relationship management. Skilled in building teams, optimizing efficiency, and managing key partnerships, he excels in contract negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and talent development. A former professional athlete, Brad has extensive experience in player development, broadcasting, and sports analysis, with a proven track record as a Director of Player Development. With a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills, he effectively translates complex information across diverse audiences and industries.
